Dear God: The Road of Life~

And it shall come to pass, if you shall hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD your God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command you this day, that the LORD your God will set you on high above all nations of the earth: (Deuteronomy 28:1)

We’ve all been there, when we’re searching for an address, highway or road, and we haven’t a clue as to where it is.  Years ago, way before the “modern age” of GPS, we would often stop to ask for directions, and then eventually we’d find the destination of our choice.

When we accept God and believe, our life is a road well-marked.  God places signs and messages along the way, letting us know what will happen if we go off the right path. Our spiritual connection to Christ allows us to navigate all kinds of roads within the landscape of our spiritual side which inherently, given our choices, will be the final destination of our souls.  Ultimately it’ll be the Kingdom of the Lord in which we will make the final stop in which we will live forever.

And this is life eternal, that they might know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. (John 17:3)
When we believe in Jesus Christ and accept Him as our Lord and Savior, and the only begotten Son of God, we have aspired unto a higher realm in which we draw closer to our goal…Eternity in Paradise with our Father.

When we follow His “signs and messages” the are clearly explained in His book of love and guidance…the Holy Bible…we are able to make the proper detours so we find the correct road to turn unto.

He is a fascinating and captivating God of love and tolerance, and He truly wants what’s best for us…always.  He doesn’t push, or force…He waits for us to accept Him willingly without coercion, and doesn’t subject us to dire suffocating stipulations. Instead He offers us His book of love and guidance…and tells us how to be successful in our fleshly bodies. He also informs us to accept His Son therefore He’ll accept us into His Kingdom.

Trust in Him…Love Him…and walk in the spiritual sense of faith. Although at times it can be hard because the spirit is encased in flesh and we will fall short, but when we have a repentant heart, and a love for God…and we love Him and accept Him and His word…we will always have the “signs posted along the way” that will eventually take us to our permanent home.

Are you paying attention to  the signs?  His book is the GPS of our life when you read and know it,  you will never get lost again….

Dear God: Your Truth Brings Eternal Blessings~

Your Truth Brings Eternal BlessingsC D Swanson

When faced with a situation or circumstance if you will, it’s always best  to be prepared with our greatest defense…GOD and His Word.

When we are armed with the gospel and have the truth emblazoned across our hearts it is a defense like none other.

To have the wisdom to know better and to do according to the tenets of His word and love…is to be armed 24/7 for each and every situation or occasion that may present itself at any given second of our lives.

This may sound contrite to those who haven’t fully engaged themselves into the word and haven’t been baptized of the Holy Spirit, but it is the preponderance for all aspects in our daily interactions while we’re in our flesh bodies.

When we stay in the truth and have a mind like Christ, we can accomplish things, but it is only because of Him that we do so. The path of righteousness is exceedingly easy with Christ…for with Christ we can do all things because He strengthens us daily.  (Philippines 4:13)

We are compelled by our faith to live our lives in accordance to the scriptures and based on His love for us. We delve into the word with fervency that brings about a satiated peace each time we read. His wisdom incorporates into our every thought and move as we learn more and more from His word…and through His love.

God will supply all of our needs and will bring great blessings to those who partake of His daily bread as we shine our light for those in darkness. The very light that lives within us…the true light of the world…Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

Need to deal with someone?  Need to deal with a situation or circumstance?  Or do you just need to speak with someone who  loves you more than we could ever possibly understand?  —-

Well then…reach for His word seek His face and truth, the rest will abound as we embrace His love. It’s a feeling like none other

What are you waiting for?~

But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19)

Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.” (Phillipians 1:11)

Dear God: Your Presence Divine~

But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. ( Matthew 19:26 KJV)

Your presence Divine  by C D Swanson~

For we walk by faith, not by sight: (2 Cor 5:7 KJV)

There are days when we could really be sorely vexed by things happening within the scope of our proximity as well as by things worldwide.

My sister is having a rough time as of late and it’s affected her on levels in which she could hardly believe.  We lost our mother short of four months ago…and each sibling is handling it differently although we’re all missing her deeply.

It’s faith that keeps us all afloat. When we walk by faith it will circumspect our pathways with a solidity of peace brought about by our trust and surrender in God.

We must realize that a person who is sorely lacking in faith couldn’t relate or understand the ease in which a person can transition from the valley of “woe.”  Because a person of faith will always be able to see the top of the mountain from any perspective, no matter the circumstances. We know that His hand upholds us as we begin our journey to the top again…only through His grace and His love can this be accomplished…which thereby of course is called “faith.”

When we have faith things are made “easier” knowing He is with us. Jesus said;  faith is like a mustard seed, it’s the tiniest seed of all, but once it’s planted and grown it’s a huge and mighty tree… it is taller than the garden plants. It becomes a tree that is large enough for birds to nest in its branches. (ref to Matthew 13:32) Such is faith and the ability to manifest  and understand the ways of the Lord and His Spirit in which we should live accordingly.

In a valley? All you need is faith…and a love for God, and then get ready to climb that mountain!

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1 KJV)

We Thrive Because of You~ by C D SWANSON

All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made. (John 1:3)

Jesus Christ is constant, never ending. He surrounds us with His love and Spirit.  He finds ways to reach out to us when we’re receptive of Him and His love.

Jesus keeps us in perfect balance when we live by His word.  He is our constant flow of balance…he keeps our ducks in a row.” He is our enabler of good things and our conveyor belt of life.

He is our purpose and our significance in everything…Tests, trials, tribulations…He is there.  When we believe, He makes it so much easier to bounce back and push forward from the “ruins” of life.  Life can get messy, with jarring moments that’ll turn us upside down, inside and out. But, with God directing us we’ll withstand the heat of any situation.

We’re familiar with—–God will not give you more than you can handle, and if He brings you to it, He will bring you through it, all true.  Most important, God will ALWAYS show you a way out of any qualifying disturbance, emotional, physical or otherwise.

The muddy murky waters bring forth flowers of beauty. Mud flowers, although exquisite, need mud in order to thrive. We too are mud flowers in murky times. We might feel as if we’re sinking in a virtual quagmire…but, we’ll find a way out with God’s help.  And, we’ll thrive in His care…like the flower that thrives in mud.  It still grows and inspires its watchers.  We in turn grow through personal trials and tribulations…and we can inspire others by example through Jesus Christ thereby giving Him all the glory.

Thank You Father for Your care and love in Jesus name…Amen.

No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.  (2 Cor 10:13)

For I am the Lord, I do not change… (Malachi 3:6)

God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill? (Numbers 23:19)

It is of the Lord‘s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. (Lamentations 3:22-23 NKJ)
