For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. Jeremiah 29:11-12 (KJV)
For I know the plans I have for you—this is the Lord’s declaration—plans for your welfare, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. You will call to Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. Jeremiah 29:11-12 (HCSB)

God hurts when we hurt. He cries when we cry. He aches when we ache. Why? He loves us, and wants the best for us.
***
We go through adversity and sometimes those of faith will ask, “Why is this happening? Why am I going through this?” God is a faithful Father and will not desert us. He is with us through everything we do. And, He never gives us more than we can handle,(temptations and/or trials) and He will always give us a way out of it.
***
And, what we go through isn’t uncommon to mankind, it will eventually touch our brethren as it states in clearly states in 1 Cor 10:13 (KJV) “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”
***
Why does God allow it? Well, we have choices in life and sometimes our choices aren’t good ones. And, there is definitely evil in this world, but God will protect us from it when we follow Him diligently and with all of our might, heart and soul.
***
Sometimes God allows things to happen in order for us to become immersed with His Spirit and to grow in our faith.

Reknown Pastor Charles Stanley said it well with the following comment as stated below:
…”Although we can’t see all the specifics of God’s plan, we know that His goal is to use our adversity to supply something we lack so we can be mature and complete. Even though the experience is painful, rest in the Father’s comforting arms, and let Him do His perfect work in you…”

God sees and knows all. He is the first and the last, the Alpha and Omega, there is no beginning and no end. He is in control, at all times. And, keep in mind…His thoughts and ways are not our thoughts and ways. He is beyond our scope of understanding in terms of the dimension in which He is.
***
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. (Isaiah 55:8-9 KJV)

Accept His plans to help us prosper. Remember as we endure our trials and temptations that He will guide us, lead us, touch us…and bring us to a fuller understanding of His plan as we keep our eyes on heaven and not of things in this world.

Until next time, remember to keep looking up for all of your answers…
Amen~
