Dear God: Redeemed and Forgiven~

And he laid it upon my mouth, and said , Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away , and thy sin purged . (Isaiah 6:7 KJV)

Christ came to “save” and was sent by our Father in which it was made possible. in order for us (His children) to be redeemed through His sacrifice. He came for our salvation so that we might share in eternal life. Sin taken away, thank you Jesus, thank you Father.

There are so many people living in darkness who haven’t experienced the freedom of being redeemed through unconditional real love. Who by through the blood of Christ have been washed clean.  There are those who are followers, and yet still feel ashamed of their “former life” when they were sinners.  Still, there are those who “sin along the way” and are hard on themselves believing they’re condemned, and guilt might set in, bringing along with it, anguish.

Well, to feel condemned and feel guilt is to deny Christ and what He’s done for us. Because we are created in perfect love and perfect love cast out torment and anguish. (1 John 4:18 ).

Christ went to the cross willingly, selflessly, and lovingly to take on the sin of the world.  He took the stripes so that we could be healed.  (But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed  Isaiah 53:5 KJV).  Being in our flesh bodies we all fall short of perfection, only the one above is perfect and Holy in all His ways…so when we fall short, repent and ask Father for forgiveness, and it will be forgiven you.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1John 1:9 KJV)

When we are followers and put our trust in God, we have the fortress and the refuge and the power of Christ in all that we endeavor. We have Jesus, our Kinsman Redeemer that saved us, and claimed us as His own.  We can trust in the Light of the world to keep us from darkness, and keep us safe within the confines of His heart which will promote our spiritural well being, thereby giving us complete peace of mind, body and soul.

So, remember to put your Gospel Armor on fully each day. (Ephesians 6:10-17)Stay in His word and know the feeling of “freedom” and peace…and know that He loves us so much, He will forgive us each time we ask.

Go in peace to love Him and shine your light for all the world to see…

21 Then came Peter to him, and said , Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? 22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.  (Matthew 18:21-22 KJV)

10Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. 11Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. 12For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. (Ephesians 6:10-13 KJV)

Dear God: Love & Blessings~

christ

Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. (John 4:7 KJV)

She said harsh words to him as he walked out the door, “You’re the biggest regret in my life. You’re a pain, why did I ever marry you? I wish I never married you…”  He stormed out the door to his jobWithin two hours of that hurtful departure between husband and wife she answered the doorbell and saw two officers with hats in hand. They uttered words that no one ever would want to hear, “May we come in, we have some very unfortunate news for you. Your husband has been in accident and I’m sorry…but he didn’t make it….”  She fell to the ground as she blacked out.

The above is an incident that took place some years back, and the wife cried to me, “the awful things I said, I love him, and will always love him…Why? Why did I say those horrible things to him. How will I live with this memory?” Although this was some years ago, I still hear her anguish and tormented screams.  She later confided to me, “We were happy, in love…and so blessed. Why didn’t I ever see that? Why did I harp on the little things, like his pants being left on the floor? Or his whiskers in the bathroom sink?  I didn’t know it then, but it was a blessing to have him with me. I’d give anything to have him back.”

We live life knowing that one day we will be called home, however, in the course of our lifetime, there will be days when the “flesh” gives out and makes a mess of things. When this happens we can’t take it back, but we can go foward and ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom, guidance to get back on the narrow path.

Again, the Holy Spirit is here for us. We merely have to connect and align with His doctrine and His word.  We can go forward with a will to conquer the flesh as the Spirit consumes the natural inclination of our actions. It will eventually become a way of life when we surrender to the Light from within…and we give complete and utter adoration to the Lord and seek His face in all that we do.

The woman who lost her husband had a rough time, but eventualy with the help of God, she realized that to condemn her actions and live in guilt wasn’t of “the Lord” but was coming from another place. She resolved to move forward, in Jesus’ name, and knows that one day she’ll see him again. She has a new lease on life, never to be bothered by the little things in life, but to embrace the overall picture…eternal reward in heaven. She forgave herself through the power of God.

See the greatest thing of all is this:  God loves us so much, that He will forgive over and over again, no matter how many times we transgress…He is a Father of mercy and compassion.  He is a fountain of mercy and endurance of all things, He is our Rock, Salvation, and most of all, He is LOVE.

Each day as we go forward in the flesh, give the Lord thanks for all things, big and small. Reach out to Him in prayer and in reading His word, and loving others.  Be a reflection of Christ and provide the right course of action, or at the very least try our very best.  Ask for His help, it’s an ongoing battle…but we will be victorious in Christ, by His Spirit. The Spirit of Christ is power and is there for our benefit. He gives us permission to go forward in His name, in fact we’re like a power of attorney in His name. He gives us permission to do so.  So go forward and shine your mighty light from within. And, always look to the “big picture” and realize the goal of our next lifetime, eternity with our Father.

Praise His Holy name forever and ever. Amen…

But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. (Romans 8:11 KJV)

That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; (Ephesians 3:16 KJV)

Dear God: The Door Is Open~

Jesus stands at the door waiting for it to open,(Rev 3:20-21 KJV) and although He can open it Himself very easily…He doesn’t because His love is easy and paitent.  He won’t push us into a relationship with Him, neither will He pester us until we do so.  He will try to get our attention through a variety of ways which include trials, pain, conviction and His word.  He waits our response and He stands ever present with unconditional love. He waits for us to call upon Him, to ask Him into our lives. Our Sovereign Lord will do everything for His children, there is no end to what He’d do…but we have to invite Him in first.

Whoever hears Him “knocking” and opens the door…He shall come into sup with you and you will sup with Him.  His sheep will recognize His voice and ask Him into our lives…thereby the indwelling Holy Spirit will show us how to be transformed into His image.  We can partake of Christ’s peace and find joy in all that we do, when we open that door.

Many people have barriers up and it is to those people He waits as He knocks, waiting like a gentle lamb, approaching and hoping for a response so He can be present in their life. He knocks on our hearts ever so sweetly, ever so lovingly.

He will show us the way, He will guide us, teach us, and provide the wisdom needed to act according to His ways…and create the outcome of which is best for those we interact with. Surely it is His Spirit that will enable and show us, we’re merely His vessels that will follow and do His will while giving Him all the glory always and forever…Amen and Amen.

20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. (Rev 3:20)

21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.  (Rev 3:21)
