First of all-Lord, my Father, my God…I Love you. I give you thanks for all you are, and all that you continue to be. You are amazing-Your name is Holy and you are the one true Living God.
All Glory, honor and praise belong to you my Lord, my God. Forever and always. Amen.
“The Lord of hosts, Him you shall hallow; let Him be your fear, and let Him be your dread.” Isaiah 8:13 (NKJV)
We never have to fear men, or the threats of men…If you fear God above all else. When all human threats seem real to us than the promises of God, remember this: God’s word will stand when men turn to dust. God is our Father, our creator – He made our very souls. He breathed life into our nostrils….He is our Lord and the one who loves us the most.
“Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgement and justice.” Isaiah 9:7 (NKJV)
We live in a time when men will do all they can to “demean” the Bible. These very men will “puff themselves up” and value their own words and ways more than the very word of God. These men will put their own insight and pseudo wisdom above all else! I hear it everyday! This is “glorified by men.” Speaking solely about “men and their own accomplishments.” Their boastful ways, their constant parade of “look at me – and look at what I can do…” This is showcased on television, videos, online, newspaper articles, so on and so forth. Vanity, self absorption, and selfish works, it seems to be the biggest rage, and so “so cool.”
All of the “puffed up” attitudes of man – which serves to “glorify themselves seems to be increasing in popularity. Yet, Christianity is something that people do not want to see? They have no interest in hearing about Christ, who gave His life for US! They have no interest in seeing “Christian movies, or videos” – They will snicker, make fun – call us “Jesus freaks” – or worse. Actually,
“that is a compliment.” That is when a Christian recognizes others see them following His ways, and exalting the Lord. Amen.

“In mercy the throne will be established; and One will sit on it in truth, in the tabernacle of David, Judging and seeking justice and hastening righteousness.” Isaiah 16:5 (NKJV)
Oh Lord my God – I look forward to the day everyone will proclaim you are Lord, and the day when all will bow, and sing Holy Holy Holy. I cringe at the actions of some of your children, as they turn their back on you. Or when some of your children discredit your very words, or your promises, your covenant and your ways. Or when they turn away from your loving outstretched arms, and shun your love. Your pure unadulterated love. It saddens me.
However my Lord I know at a future time, all will look to you, our Maker- and all will have the utmost respect for the Holy One of Israel. That is in the future… but, how fortunate for your dedicated ones, who at this very moment in time , enjoy the blessings of being intimate with you. And, we can embrace our connection to you, my Lord my God.
“Lord, You will establish peace for us, for you have also done all our works in us.”
Isaiah 26:12 (NKJV)
To live the Christian life means allowing Jesus to live His life in us and through us.
Which means what we accomplish, and do is through His Spirit – not because of our own
merits or worth. But because of His Spirit. And that kind of amazing and wonderful partnership results in peace.
Lord, I choose to exalt your name and give you all glory and honor and praise.
How many others out there will raise their hands high to Our Lord right now?
“And do not fear those will kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Matthew 10:28 (NKJV)
“Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27 (NKJV)
“So the word of the Lord grew mightily and prevailed.” Acts 19:20 (NKJV)
